It’s going to be a great trip and you’ve got almost a full year to pay for it. The deposit is only $400, and we can include the air once it’s booked.
Air: if booked today is around $1200. However, a group airfare cannot be booked until 11 months before the trip. That means we cannot book it until November. The professionals say that it would be unlikely that it would be more than $1500. I’m believing that it’s going to stay at that lower price.
Templeton will book your flight and it will go on your account with them. We will communicate when the time comes, and you can decide then. About 40% of our folks fly from other cities and do not use the group rate.
If you’re not flying out of Nashville, it’s business as usual. Templeton will help you book your flights, and put it on your account. As I say the final payments are not due until July 2026.
